A static website is an information portal where you give information to your clients, your potential clients, or the general public, without their online interaction.  These are created using HTML & CSS, consisting of the standard pages: Home, About Us, Services, Privacy Policy, Contact Information, many company websites are built like this.  On all my standard static websites, I recommend including one simplified ‘Contact Us’ form, which allows your users to submit a text contact form to your email account, directly from your website without having to go through their own email inbox.   Pricing for a static website is the most economic option.
 
Dynamic Websites – from $399
A dynamic website is built using a database and a content management system, valid HTML and CSS.  These websites allow for interaction in the form of client submissions and comments on items such as blogs and articles, online stores and shopping carts, forums and chatrooms, etc.  Dynamic websites can also be built with an administration backend, allowing you to log in using your in-house browser and add articles, change inventories, run reports, etc.
